“We decided to undertake a major remodel and contacted several contractors for bids. However, I was frustrated because they didn’t seem interested in my ideas and acted like my preferences didn’t matter.
Then I found In-N-Out Construction and arranged for the owner, Jaun, to come by and discuss our vision. He not only understood our ideas but also had some of the same concepts in mind.
Our 1960s house was in poor condition and needed a lot of updates. It had:

We were so impressed with Jaun from In-N-Out that I knew he was the right choice before he even made his bid. He provided a comprehensive plan to update our bathroom and kitchen, add an extra bathroom and laundry room, and transform our living room into a spacious open concept.
The new bathroom features a beautiful 8.5×4 feet walk-in shower with every possible nozzle and stunning tile work. My husband now has his own bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub, private toilet area, and a door—something I jokingly call his new office!
The kitchen now has an island with seating for four, just as we wanted. The remodel has essentially given us a brand new house, significantly increasing its value. Despite the improvements, we’re not considering moving since we love the space and the choices we made with In-N-Out’s help.
Additionally, we’ve formed friendships with several workers, including the amazing electrician, and Jaun and his wife, Laura, have become lifelong friends. We plan to host a BBQ to thank them for their outstanding work and to celebrate our beautiful new home.”
